Brian Marin Silva

Director, Business Development

Brian joined Recurrent Investment Advisors as Director of Business Development, supporting the firm’s capital formation efforts and serving as a liaison between the investment team and its institutional and private investor base. His role focuses on investor engagement and clearly communicating Recurrent’s differentiated, research-driven views across energy infrastructure and global natural resources.

Prior to joining Recurrent, Brian held senior commercial and strategy roles across the energy and industrial value chain, most recently as Business Development Director for the U.S. and Canada at Dynasol Group. In that capacity, he led a multimillion-dollar revenue portfolio, negotiated long-term contracts, and partnered with finance and executive teams on pricing, capital allocation, and risk management.

Brian expects to receive his MBA from Rice University’s Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business in May 2026. At Rice, Brian was the chair of the Rice Energy Finance Summit, an annual conference of senior executives discussing the most relevant topics in energy and investing. Brian holds a BA in Advertising & Business Foundations from the University of Houston. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.

Born in Venezuela and raised in northern Italy, Brian brings a global perspective shaped by diverse cultural and economic environments. Based in Houston, he enjoys the outdoors, reading non-fiction history, and cooking.
